Chinese Teen Accidentally Uses Ovule As Facial Moisturizer

A teenage Chinese student received a gift from her suitor. Thinking it was a moisturizer, she applied some to her face. It was then that she noticed that it smelled strange. The contents of the bottle turned out to be Ovule.

Gou Wen, 22, gave his crush, Zeng Lin, the gift to show his love to her.

“I love her so much, but she didn’t know it, and I didn’t know how to tell her. So I did that thinking it was the ultimate way to show [my] love.”

The 19-year-old recipient, Ms. Lin, filed a complaint against the suitor. Mr. Wen was asked to pay £200 (US$300). Still, however, this loverboy refuses to give up.

“Now I know I was wrong, but I will find another way to show it.”
